Job Purpose:
Adheres to the Starbucks Mission, Our Values and Core Values of AmRest and WCCS vision. Owns the financials, people and operational performance of the stores within a district. Acts like the owner, develops people including talent development and adequate performance management. Takes responsibility for 100% customer satisfaction within the region.

Your Challenges:
• As a brand face promotes Starbucks culture, values and mission. Behaves honestly, ethically, respectfully. Leads and guides the team. Recognizes success of the team or individuals. Creates a friendly work environment.
• Plans, recruits and develops people to fulfill the district and brand needs. Takes care of talent development and training execution in the district.
• Acts like a role model in operational excellence. Ensures the highest level of operations in the district.
• Builds customer loyalty within the district. Ensures 100% customer satisfaction in stores in the district. Acts as a role model in WCCS. Manages customers' feedback.
• Accounts for a financial result.
• Takes part in the tasks forces to prepare and execute the tactics to reach the brand goals. Shares best practices among SMs and peers.
• Ensures brand penetration within a district through finding new locations and preparing Capex assumptions. Oversees and supports NSO process execution.


• Retail experience 5 years
• Managerial positions experience 3 years
