For our client, a global nutrition, health and wellness company, we are looking for an Area Sales Coordinator based in Bucharest who is passionate about sales and wish to bring contribution to the performance of all marketing and selling activities. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and you will generate strategies that grow market share and brand’s reputation, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Job purpose:
Contributes to the achievement of company objectives by coordinating with assigned operators and permanently assisting them in the performance of all marketing and selling activities

• Implement the agreements concluded with operators and distributors; support operators in implementing the agreements concluded with customers.
• Coordinates and supervises the activities of operators and distributors, being responsible for:
• Achieving the monthly, quarterly, yearly objectives by operators and distributors, which also measure individual contribution; submitting accurate and timely reports to operators and distributors
• Maintaining and developing the customer portfolio
• Achievement of quality and hygiene objectives of operators; verifying the stocks of vending machines and products, ensuring their optimization; verifying and ensuring that the recipes are respected on the vending machines; ensuring that only the agreed ingredients are used on the vending machines.
• Organizing periodically meetings with operators and distributors; preparing development plans jointly with operators and distributors; coaching sales teams of operators and distributors
• Continuously monitoring competition and informing line manager of the competitors' actions.
• Implement promotional activities and manages the stock of promotional materials, based on the commercial policy and in the best interests of the company.
• Recover all outstanding debts.
• Sale and post-sale activities:
• Support operators in identifying potential customers; maintain good relationships with customers; know the customer portfolio and the relevant decision makers in the area assigned; evaluate the customer potential in the area assigned; fulfill any tasks in the best interests of the company; correctly prepare and timely submit the reports required; inform in writing about and promptly solve the problems occurring in the area assigned.


Desired experience & skills:
