Legal Manager

Responsabilitati:

Master/Post University Degree in Law;
Relevant experience in recovery management and related laws and procedures application - preferable Banking sector;
Updated knowledge of Romanian and International financial market and economical trends;
Team development, planning and organizing skills;
Fluency in English.

Cerinte:

Providing financial legal advice to Top Management and Senior Managers on recovery management issues;
Administrating corporate governance issues and other legal matters;
Supervising and coaching the Legal Department team during litigations;
Drafting and negotiating contracts with external law offices.
