Chief Financial Officer

Responsabilitati:

The successful candidate will manage the finance, controlling and accounting departments, and will report to the General Manager;
Manage all financial information for the company and provide the GM with accurate and up-to-date data;
Focus on ensuring the secure financial future of the company;
Define the financial business modeling;
Establish strategies for developing, implementing, maintenance and improving accounting, management information and internal control systems;
Define with the Board and lead financial strategy, strategic financial planning and financial forecasts;
Approve with the Board and supervise investment opportunities and raising of funds for business;
Determine long term economic trends and future business opportunities for future growth;
Analyze the actual result, determine the strategic factors affecting the business, make recommendations, adjust financial strategy, financial plans.

Cerinte:

University degree in Economics (MBA/ACCA - would be an advantage);
Minimum 5 years experience in financial management (experience in FMCG would be an advantage);
Familiarity with SAP would be an advantage;
Good analytical skills and business sense;
Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals, accountants and finance specialists;
Proficiency in English.
