HEAD OF COMMUNICATIONS

Responsabilitati: 

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders: consumers, employees, advertisers, government and the broader business community;
  • Influencing, leading and directing all communications across the group and its brands;
  • Articulating messaging and positioning for the group, that resonates with all stakeholders;
  • Overseeing all elements of the corporate marketing mix including events, website management, collateral and brand management;
  • Defining measurement criteria for communications campaigns and ensuring progress in all areas of the business.

Cerinte: 

  • Previous role in a complex organization as a senior PR / Communications Director, experienced in line management, coaching and mentoring;
  • A proven track record of working collaboratively as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership of the business;
  • The ability to think and plan strategically is a pre-requisite, but this is also a very hands-on role, so up-to-date media and stakeholder contacts are vital;
  • Experience across all communications areas including internal communications, corporate communications, marketing communications, government affairs and issues management;
  • Exceptional presentation and writing skills.
