Responsabilitati: 

• Acquisition of demands, inquiries and orders
• Contract negotiation
• Offer tracking, especially for strategic offers
• AM project follow up
  
• Customer relationship management
  
• Development and execution of measures to improve the market position
  
• Cooperation in planning activities
  
• Growth of the company service turnover.

Cerinte: 

• The candidate should preferably be located in the center of Romania, willing to travel all over the country
• At least 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a similar industry
• A technical background, ideally industrial/machinery
• Experience, patience and empathy to deal with GMs, but also foremen and workers, mostly within state-owned companies
  
• Market know-how, including competition
• Customer and marketing acquisition knowledge
• Problem solving & decision ability
  
• Team player, innovative thinking and acting
• Presentation and negotiation skills, focused on results
  
• Fluency in English or German.
