Responsabilitati:

Oversee the operational, financial and legal affairs of the company
Develop business activities, build and maintain excellent relationships with client / agents/ partners
Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
Implement and develop the sales & marketing strategy, plan the objectives
Provide vision and oversight for the technology needs of the organization
Competitors monitoring & analysis
Build and maintain critical business partnerships both externally and internally with key stakeholders and outsourced service partners
Identify new business and growth opportunities to help grow and expand current company operation

Cerinte:

Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years in a senior management role. MBA is an advantage
A real understanding of the irrigation business
Proven skills in business and financial management
Previous experience in agri - business area, irrigation, agricultural products
Self-starter, wish to develop the company from ground zero, ambitious
Excellent, proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills (both spoken and written English)
Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a staff team
Effective problem-solving and mediation skills, strong negotiation and influencing skills
Experience of building the organizational structure of the company.
