Based in Arad, Cluj, Dej, Satu Mare, Targu Mures

Responsabilitati:

Participate in strategic business planning by formulating long-term business plans
Responsible for the profitability of the unit
Design and implement commercial strategies
Key role in contracts' negotiation, generate constant support for sales team
Increase customer satisfaction and the presence of company services in the market
Lead and co-ordinate the team, evaluate the team performance against the targets
Report to the headquarter

Cerinte:

Bachelor's degree
Consistent previous experience in a similar position
Entreprenorial profile
Fluency in English
Pro-active, strong leadership
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
High level of integrity
