Financial analyst

Responsabilitati:

Assist in Group consolidation process including review of individual company accounts, consolidation entries, preparation of statutory accounts etc
Preparation of monthly management information for Board reporting purposes
Investment analysis of property investments via comprehensive financial modelling
Cash monitoring and forecasting
Oversee invoice processing and expensing of costs to correct company
Liaising with oversees offices/ accountants on Group financial matters
Help develop appropriate Group policies and reporting procedures
Develop appropriate financial controls to ensure timeliness and accuracy of management and statutory information
Develop document management system to ensure all corporate and transaction documents are correctly recorded and kept
Assist FD and Management on ad hoc corporate and financial matters as required

Cerinte:

Qualified (or near qualified) ACA or ACCA with 1-5 years work experience looking for hands on commercial role (property experience advantageous, but not essential; accounting knowledge is a must)
Excellent Excel spreadsheet, Word, database, reconciliation skills
Pro-active, self starter
Strong intellect, inquisitive challenging approach
Good communicator (written & verbal)
Team player
Good listener & willing to learn
Sharp eye for detail
Strong commitment to achieve result
